2 Double Beds Room

1 King Bed Room

1 King Bed Suite
The one king bed suite is perfect for maximizing comfort and value. The sleeping area is separate from the couch/sofa bed and sitting area, and includes all of the same modern amenities as our other guest rooms. Once you’ve had your best night sleep, enjoy a hot breakfast in the morning.
Accessible 1 King Bed Room
Two accessible rooms are available at our hotel with one king-sized bed. Features include: wheelchair accessible, roll-in shower with grab bars, fold-down shower seat, adjustable/removable shower head, toilet grab bars, lower sink/vanity area, lower closet rod and electrical outlet 4" from phone line to accommodate TTY system
Hotel Policies
Deposit Policy: A $100 advance deposit is required at check-in. Credit cards only.
Pet Policy: We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is $25 per day (maximum charge of $30 per day.) A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $100 (maximum of $150 per stay) is required upon check in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.

Fitness Room
Due to COVID-19, one person is permitted to use the fitness room at a time.

ASA is open for outdoor dining from Tuesday-Sunday and has two large tents covering the patio.
